We do quote by the job not hourly rate, however if your property needs extra deeper cleaning there will be a surcharge on invoice with a writing description as we strive to maintain a high standard.

First Question

If you need to cancel sure, we can reschedule to a suitable date, if it's less than 24hrs a call out fee will apply 50% of the booking.
